If you are looking for a way to bring some pizazz to your outdoor space, having a fire pit installed could be a great option for you. Outdoor fire pits give a nice gathering place for friends and family. These pits are great to drink around, catch up around or just hang out and relax around. We offer several different options for fire pit construction, from in ground pits to above ground pits to movable pits. If you are wanting a fire pit installed, let us know!
In Ground Fire Pits
An in ground fire pit is a basic option, but one that still gives an excellent sense of form and function. With this type of fire pit, we start be blocking out a space of yard that we will dig in to. We then dig out the shape of your pit, usually a square or circle. This hole is then lined with fire retardant material, usually brick or concrete. This, in essence, gives you a safe pit to add whatever kind of combustible material to that you want to. These types of pits are usually wood burning, but can be fed by gas lines.
Above Ground Fire Pits
An above ground fire pit is probably the classic type of fire pit that you think of, when you imagine one. These pits are built above ground, usually places on top of a patio or deck. These pits can be built from all different kinds of materials, ranging from natural stone, to brick to concrete. Because these pits are usually built in a chamber style, they are excellent for both wood burning and for adding a gas fire material to. The decision is up to you and we can make it a reality.
Focal Point Fire Pits
If you are really looking to make a statement in your backyard, we can construct a focal point fire pit for you. These types of pits are usually custom designed to fit whatever space you are having them installed in to. These types of fire pits can be lined, on the outside, with all manner of custom material, from stone veneer to wood veneer. These pits are almost always gas fed and, because of this, the interior of them is filled with rock or glass. These pits are an amazing way to add a strong and beautiful structure to your space.
Movable Fire Pits
The other option that we offer is to help install a non-permanent fire pit. These fire pits are the type that you can see, for sale, at different stores. They are usually made of a burning bowl which stand on top of a pedestal or legs. These pits are not built in to, or attached, to the ground in any way. This means that these pits can be moved to different locations, depending on what is right for you at the time. These fire pits can be both wood burning and propane fed, but are rarely hooked up to gas lines.
